The Thundering Paws Dog Ranch is our new facility intended for medium/large dogs and our long term boarding dogs. We have approximately 2/3 of an acre for these dogs to run and play all day! We do not have any accommodations for small dogs, cats, or other small animals.

Services Offered: "cage-free" boarding and day care for large and medium dogs.
"Cage-Free" boarding means that during the day, staff is present to supervise your dog(s). The dogs will be allowed to play and interact with other dogs in our spacious indoor area, as well as our fenced off yard. This way when you are on vacation or at work, your dog will have he opportunity to play and exercise themselves. Dogs that pass our temperament evaluation, can be in the common areas and the play yard. We will also attempt to accommodate dogs that don't get along with other dogs. We will do this by having them stay in suites and taking them outside on leashes (bypassing the common areas) for potty breaks.
We require dogs to be up-to-date on their vaccinations. This includes rabies, which means the dog must be at least 3-4 months old (the earliest age that they can get a rabies vaccination). We also require parvo/distemper. Proof of these two vaccinations are required at check-in. We recommend bordetella, due to the easy exposure of "cage-free" boarding. We also strongly recommend that the dogs be spayed or neutered, though we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis (and there is a 10% surcharge to cover the special housing and/or monitoring that may be required). All dogs must also be licensed and be wearing their rabies tag, if it is required in their city/county of residence.
At night, during feeding times, and when no staff are present, the dogs are kept in their quarters/kennels. There are various kennel sizes to accommodate different sized dogs and to allow multiple dogs from one household to stay in the same kennel.

10-day "punch pass": $163.00 (10 days for price of 9)
20-day "punch pass": $309.00 (20 days for price of 17)
30-day "punch pass": $404.00 (30 days for price of 22)
40-hour "punch pass": $90.00
Punch passes are deducted by full days or hours as applicable. There is a free 15-minute grace period into the next hour before that hour is deducted from the 40-hour pass. Punch passes do not expire.

Boarding:
All reservations (boarding and grooming) will require a $10 per dog deposit. It will be applied towards your dogs bill upon checkout. Cancellations will be refunded only if given 48 hours notice. All cancellations not within the allotted time, or any no-shows will forfeit their deposit.

2nd dog that can share the same quarters: 25% off, 3rd dog 50% off, 4th dog 75% off
Nights in second week of continuous boarding: 15% off
Nights in third week of continuous boarding: 30% off, and so on each week until a maximum of 75% off for very long stays.
Punch passes do not expire!
- Medium: 25-65 lbs
- Large: >65 lbs
- Extra large (grooming services only), > 90 lbs
Dog Boarding (includes before/after day camp):
- Medium: $23/night
- Large: $25/night
