Medium Dog Area

The area for medium-sized dogs has kennels that are smaller than the large-dog kennels but plenty big for medium-sized dogs. Having separate areas for large and medium dogs gives us more flexibility in separating dogs that may not get along for whatever reason, or for separating un-altered males and females. Also, we may temporarily place new or timid large dogs in with the medium dogs until they get a little more used to being at the Pet Hotel. And sometimes older large dogs prefer to be with the medium dogs. The big dog "regulars" can get to be kind of rambunctious at times! Or if you board more than one dog, we may put them in the large dog kennels at night to give them more room.

The medium dog area has its own 1000-square-foot outdoor area including a 10 x 11 foot pool. It also has access to the Play Yard through an outside gate.  By having the gate to the Play Yard open, we can also let all the large and medium dogs intermingle and have access to all the outdoor areas (except the small dogs' outside area).
